Refund Policy

At Cyberstack Digital, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital services and maintaining complete transparency throughout every project. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how they are assessed.

By purchasing any product or service from Cyberstack Digital, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Website Development Services

Our website development packages are customised digital services created specifically for each client. As every project involves planning, consultation, design, development and testing, refunds are handled differently from physical products.

Work on your project officially begins following your kick-off meeting.

2. Before Development Begins

If you wish to cancel your order before your project has entered active development, you may be eligible for a refund.

Any administration costs, payment processing fees or work already completed prior to development may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

3. During Development

If you choose to cancel your project after development has started, you may request a refund.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and will take into account:

  • The stage of the project

  • Time spent on development

  • Design work completed

  • Technical implementation completed

  • Project planning undertaken

  • Any third-party costs already incurred

As our services are bespoke and time-based, refunds during development are typically partial rather than full.

4. After Website Deployment

Once your website has been deployed to your agreed live domain, the project is considered successfully delivered.

From this point onwards, website development fees become non-refundable.

Deployment confirms that the contracted service has been completed and delivered.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Cyberstack Digital understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

Where a client can demonstrate that their business has permanently ceased trading before website deployment, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial refund.

Any refund offered will reflect:

  • Development work already completed

  • Time invested

  • Third-party costs

  • Resources allocated to the project

Supporting evidence may be requested before any refund is considered.

6. Monthly Support Packages

Our Maintain, Optimise and Accelerate packages are subscription services.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once the monthly billing period has begun.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, one full calendar month's notice is required.

For example:

  • Subscription purchased on 1 January

  • Cancellation requested on 10 March

  • Final payment collected in April

  • Service ends at the conclusion of the April billing period

This allows us to provide an orderly handover of your website, services and ongoing work.

7. Hosting Services

Website hosting fees are non-refundable once a hosting period has commenced.

This is because hosting resources are allocated immediately upon activation.

8. Domain Registrations

Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

Once a domain name has been registered through a registrar, the registration cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

Clients purchasing domains through Cyberstack Digital acknowledge that domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry.

9. Third-Party Costs

Certain services involve costs paid directly to third parties.

These may include:

  • Domain registrations

  • SSL certificates

  • Premium plugins

  • Premium themes

  • Advertising spend

  • Stock photography

  • Premium software licences

Where these costs have already been incurred on your behalf, they cannot normally be refunded.

10. Chargebacks

If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

We are committed to resolving payment issues fairly and promptly wherever possible.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated costs where appropriate.

11. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the details below.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Business name (if applicable)

  • Order reference

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for your refund request

We aim to review refund requests as quickly as possible and will normally respond within five working days.
